The Princess and the Pea Martini
Ingredients
- 5 parts Gin Bornholm: H.C. Andersen Edition
- 1 part vermouth
- 1 whole lemon
- 1 green olive (or pea)
- Ice, for mixing
Method:
1. Chill your cocktail glass
2. Fill your glass with lots of ice and add vermouth and gin Bornholm: H.C. Andersen Edition into your shot glass and stir gently.
4. Strain into the chilled cocktail glass and garnish with some green olives.
