This spicy schnapps goes well with classic Danish smørrebrød with smoked ham and pickled red onions. The flavor of the spicy schnapps will add an extra dimension to the smørrebrød and balance well with the salty taste of the ham and the sour taste of the red onions. Spiced schnapps goes well with other types of meat, such as roast beef, turkey, chicken or pork.

4 cl. Sevablødda
12 cl. Ginger Beer
Lime
Pour the Sevablødda into a glass with ice cubes and fill with Ginger Beer. Squeeze a squeeze of lime into the glass. Garnish with lime.
