This complex, fresh and very drinkable aquavit, first produced in 2018, is made with dill, caraway, chives, liquorice, coriander and apples from Rønne. Lemon peel and sea buckthorn from Ibsker add a fresh, tangy note.

Drink it in traditional snaps glasses with classic Danish sandwiches.
