The Special Edition series has been developed in collaboration with selected Nordic chefs and bartenders, and is a modern tribute to the classic schnapps. The innovative chef Casper Sobczyk, also known as the butter chef from Solskinsøen, is the man behind Special Edition 1 - Rhubarb and Star Anise. Special Edition 1 brings together the Danish summer landscape in a unique and sensual taste experience, and gets its beautiful pink colour from the sun-ripened rhubarb. Special Edition 1 can be drunk as it is. The sweet schnapps can also be mixed into desserts or used as part of Casper's signature cocktail: the King of Denmark.
