Høst gin is produced with inspiration from the Bornholm late summer and harvest, where the focus is on fresh herbs from the herb garden. Distilled with rosemary, thyme, lavender, autumn honey and lots of apples.

Enjoy with a Mediterranean tonic, a stalk of rosemary and a slice of fresh grapefruit.
