Limited Walnut No2
The walnuts are picked in late July and cut into quarters and added to the snaps. The schnapps has a really good nutty flavour and goes really well with a bite of aged cheese or a mild form of cognac with your coffee. The schnapps develops with bottle ageing and only gets better with age.
