Slotslyngen Gin is the first gin the founder of Bornholm Distillery developed in 2017.

Most ingredients are harvested in the area Slotslyngen south of Hammershus. Ingredients include wild apple, quince, heather, blackberry, sea buckthorn and of course juniper.
