The Bloody Mary is a popular cocktail that can be found in most bars and restaurants. The classic Boody Mary consists of vodka, tomato juice, tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper, but the cocktail can also be made with gin or tequila.
The Bloody Mary is traditionally garnished with celery - if you don't like celery, you can garnish with gherkins and lemon for the same crisp and fresh experience.
5 cl. Vodka Bornholm
10 cl. tomato juice
1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. tabasco
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 lemon slice
Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
Add the vodka, tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, salt, pepper and lemon juice to the glass.
Stir gently with a spoon until the ingredients are well mixed.
Garnish with the cornichons and lemon slice and serve immediately.
