Ditte Julie Jensen
Ditte Julie participated in Den Store Bagedyst in 2015 and subsequently won the Christmas edition in 2018. Since then, she has made her passion for cakes her life's work as a communicator of the sweet life, TV chef, cookbook author and lecturer.
She has published 13 cookbooks and 6 e-books since 2016, both with Gyldendal and her own publishing house. In August 2019, together with Imerco, she launched her own baking and stoneware range by Ditte Julie, which she is the designer behind. Now Ditte Julie can also add snap producer to her resume.

2 cl Sukkersirup
1 cl æggehvide
3 dråber angostura bitter
Fyld en shaker med is.
Tilsæt Snaps, friskpresset citronsaft, sukkersirup og æggehvide i shakeren.
Luk shakeren og ryst den kraftigt i ca. 10-15 sekunder, indtil cocktailen er godt blandet.
Hæld cocktailen gennem en si over i et cocktailglas.
Pynt med dråber af angostura bitter.
