Procedure

  • Brew a pot of coffee.
  • Whip the cream until stiff.
  • Pour the schnapps and coffee liqueur into a café or thermos glass.
  • Then pour the hot, freshly brewed coffee into the glass.
  • Add whipped cream on top and sprinkle a fine layer of grated chocolate on top.
