Bornholm Spirits
Gin Hass
Gin Hass is an extremely tasty and refreshing cocktail, packed with fruity and juicy flavours. It is particularly suitable for a hot summer's day, where its refreshing texture can be enjoyed to the full.
Ingredients:
4 cl Gin Bornholm: H.C. Andersen Edition.
2 cl. Mango syrup.
1 lime.
10 cl. Lemon soda.
Iced cubes.
1 sprig fresh mint.
Method:
1. Start by slicing a lime and cut a few thin slices from one half.
2. Then add the gin, mango syrup and juice of half a lime to a glass and stir the ingredients well.
3. Add ice cubes to the glass and top with lemon soda. Garnish with slices of lime and a sprig of mint leaves, if desired.
