Nordic Negroni combines the Nordic expression of BLOND - Golden Aquavit with the sophisticated blend of sweet Vermouth and Campari, and completes the experience with a subtle hint of fresh orange.

The Nordic character of the aquavit brings a slightly spicy and herbal layer to the drink, blending harmoniously with the Italian essences of sweet vermouth and Campari.

Ingredients:

4 cl. BLOND golden blond Akvavit
4 cl. Sweet Vermouth
4 cl. Campari
Orange
Ice cubes

Procedure:

1. Fill your glass with ice
2. Add all ingredients
3. Stir
4. Garnish with orange zest

Blond golden aquavit

Blond is our take on an organic golden blonde aquavit. BLOND Akvavit is made in Nexø on Bornholm - created from organic wheat and local spring water that has been stored on mineral rock for billions of years. Together, this gives the aquavit its mild and clean taste.

Our Blond Aquavit gives you the taste of cardamom, caraway and a hint of black pepper. It has a nuanced, spicy and round taste that warms the palate. The beautiful curtains in the glass reveal an aquavit with fullness and weight that is perfect for the Danish lunch table.

Blond Akvavit goes particularly well with fried fish, lightly smoked meat or a classic chicken salad. We recommend that you serve BLOND at 5-7 degrees. In our universe, we have also created a range of drinks and cocktails.
