Ingredients:

3 cl Snaps Bornholm Vanilla
3 cl Mead
3 cl Rhubarb syrup
2 cl Bergamot puree
Ice cubes

Procedure:

1. Fill your Coupe glass with ice and let it cool.
2. Then pour all ingredients into a shaker along with ice cubes.
3. Shake well.
4. Empty your glass of ice.
5. Using a strainer, pour the drink into the chilled glass.
