Stormy Bornholmer

Ingredients:
4 cl Sevablødda
12 cl Ginger Beer
Lime

Procedure:
Pour the Sevablødda into a glass with ice cubes and top up with Ginger Beer. Squeeze a squeeze of lime into the glass. Garnish with lime.

Nordic Negroni

Ingredients:
4 cl Blond Akvavit
4 cl Sweet Vermouth
4 cl Campari Orange

Procedure
Fill the glass with ice, pour the ingredients. Garnish with orange zest.

Akva Sour

Ingredients:
4 cl FROST Aquavit
4 cl lemon juice,
4 cl sugar syrup + one egg white

Procedure:
Dry shake the ingredients and shake for 30 seconds, strain into your low ball glass filled with ice.

Bramble Cocktail

Ingredients:
6 cl The GOAT Gin
2.5 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice
1.5 cl sugar syrup
1.5 cl blackberry liqueur
Ice cubes
Fresh blackberries for garnish

Procedure:
Fill a glass with ice cubes. Add gin, freshly squeezed lemon juice, sugar syrup and blackberry liqueur to the glass. Gently stir the glass with a spoon. Top the glass with fresh blackberries.

Espresso Martini

Ingredients:
4 cl Vodka Bornholm
4 cl Brew Kaffelikør
4 cl Cold espresso coffee

Method:
Dry shake vodka, espresso and coffee liqueur in a shaker. Add ice and continue shaking. Shake thoroughly. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with coffee beans.

The King of Denmark

Ingredients:
6 cl Rhubarb & Star Anise Schnapps
2 cl Rocky Island Rum 373
2 cl fresh lime juice
1 cl vanilla syrup
3 cl egg whites
Star Anise
Ice cubes

Procedure:
Chill a martini glass with ice. Shake all ingredients thoroughly in a shaker with ice. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a star anise.
