Cocktail

Sour Gin

Ingredients:
4 cl. GOAT Low Gin
4 cl. Lemon juice
4 cl. Sugar syrup
One egg white

Procedure:
Fill a shaker with ice.

Add GOAT Low Gin, freshly squeezed lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white to the shaker.

Close the shaker and shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds until the cocktail is well mixed.

Pour the cocktail through a strainer into a cocktail glass.

Garnish with a slice of lemon peel.
