An organic liqueur
Sam&Frank is a liqueur traditionally made from anise and other natural ingredients. It can be enjoyed as a digestif and is usually served neat in a small glass. It can also be mixed with coffee to create a drink called "Sambuca con Caffe."
To serve sambuca neat, a small amount (usually about 1-2 ounces) is poured into a glass and sipped slowly. You can also mix sambuca with other ingredients to create cocktails. A popular sambuca cocktail is the "Sambuca Sour," which is made with sambuca, lemon juice and sugar syrup.

Ingredients:
Crushed ice
4 CL Sam&Frank Sambuca
8 CL Danish soda
Lemon slice
Instructions:
Fill a glass with crushed ice.
Add Sambuca and Danish water.
Garnish with a slice of lemon if desired.
