Terms of sale and delivery for ordering goods at www.bornholmspirits.com
These terms only apply to agreements between Snaps Bornholm ApS and you as a consumer (as defined in the Consumer Agreement Act § 3, paragraph 1). If you are a trader, any agreement between you and Snaps Bornholm ApS is instead covered by our terms of sale and delivery for traders, which you can find here.
You can only buy goods at www.snapsbornholm.com if you accept these terms of sale and delivery. When placing an order, you always have access to read and accept the terms and conditions and the option to print the terms and conditions if you wish. You are encouraged to read these terms of sale and delivery carefully and to familiarize yourself with the obligations and rights that the terms impose on you, including in particular the possibility of returning products ordered at www.bornholmspirits.com
Privacy Policy: The Business understands and respects the importance of privacy on the Internet.
The Business will not disclose information about customers/users to third parties unless necessary to implement a transaction. The Business will not sell your name, address, email address, credit card or personal data to any third party without your prior permission.


1. Ordering goods
Placing an order requires that you are registered as a customer in our customer register and are at least 18 years old. Once you have placed an order via our website, our system will automatically send you an email stating that we have received your order. You will receive an email as soon as your goods have been dispatched.
We will not charge you for the order until the products have been dispatched.

2. Prices and payment
All products, prices and offers on the website www.bornholmspirits.com shall be deemed to be invitations to tender. All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT and are quoted in Danish kroner. When ordering you can see the total price including VAT, taxes and any shipping costs. Payment of orders can be made in the following ways:

- Dankort
- VISA/Dankort
- VISA
- Mastercard
- Mobilepay

3. Delivery
Delivery is made exclusively to addresses in Denmark.
We usually ship your item the same or next business day that we send a written order confirmation. We do not charge until the item is shipped from our warehouse. You can read more about our shipping costs at www.bornholmspirits.com. However, if your order contains commissioned goods, the goods will not be dispatched until we can make a total delivery. Orders are normally delivered as a postal package via Post Danmark or DAO365 and can be tracked in their Track & Trace system. You will receive the shipment number via your personal order status on our website. The package is delivered to your door, nearest Post Danmark post office or chosen parcel station, depending on your choice. You will also receive an email with the package's tracking number when we dispatch your order. If the delivery is delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible by e-mail.

4. Retention of title and risk
All products and goods purchased from Snaps Bornholm ApS remain the property of Snaps Bornholm ApS until the time of delivery. This means that the risk of loss and/or damage remains with us until the time of delivery. The time of delivery is considered to be when the goods are or have been attempted to be delivered to you.

5. Right of withdrawal
According to the Consumer Act, drinks are not covered by the right of withdrawal, which is why it is not possible to return these drinks if you withdraw from your purchase.
All other products that you purchase via Bornholmspirits are, however, covered by the right of withdrawal in accordance with the provisions below.

- For products other than drinks, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop at Snaps Bornholm ApS. The period is calculated from the day you have received the purchased goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in substantially the same condition and quantity as you received it and the product must be unused/unopened. If you wish to return your money, the amount will normally be automatically transferred back to the payment card with which you originally paid for the order. Alternatively, we will contact you and request details of your financial institution. We will need the following information:x
- Name of bank
- Registration number (4 digits)
- Account number (10 digits)

We will typically return the money to your account 7-10 working days after we have received the goods back from you.
Please note, however, that you will have to pay the return costs if you regret your purchase.

6. Right of complaint, return etc.
When you shop at Bornholmspirits, there is a 24-month right of complaint. This means that you have full right of complaint with us 24 months after your purchase.
Please note, however, that your complaint is not justified if the product has not been used correctly or with an unacceptable use.
If you find a fault or defect in your product, you must make a complaint immediately and bring this to our attention.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your shipping costs. Please note that you must use Post Danmark or GLS.

When returning a product, please state the problem in as much detail as possible.

8. Liability and limitation of liability
Snaps Bornholm ApS shall in no event be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of business profits, claims by third parties and/or damage to data.

8.2 Product liability - Snaps Bornholm ApS is liable for product liability under the Product Liability Act. You are obliged to notify Snaps Bornholm ApS in writing without undue delay if product liability damage has occurred or there is a risk that such damage will occur.

8.3 Force Majeure - If an extraordinary situation arises that is beyond our control and that must be considered force majeure under the Purchase Act, Snaps Bornholm ApS' obligations will be suspended for the duration of the extraordinary situation. In such an extraordinary situation, you may cancel your outstanding order if the situation lasts or is expected to last longer than 60 days. Snaps Bornholm ApS cannot be held responsible for hindrances beyond our control, for example production disruptions, strikes or other unforeseen events.
We reserve the right to make printing errors, price increases by suppliers, price errors, VAT and tax changes, sold out or out of stock goods, delivery failures by our suppliers and force majeure.
Applicable law - Your purchase from Snaps Bornholm ApS is governed by Danish law.
