FROST is our take on a clear Akvavit. FROST Akvavit is made in Nexø on Bornholm - created from organic wheat and local spring water that has been stored on mineral rock for billions of years. Together, this gives the aquavit a mild and clean taste. With its subtle hint of caraway, chervil and citrus, FROST Akvavit is fresh and silky smooth on the palate and leaves you with a pleasant spicy aftertaste.
You can enjoy a FROST Akvavit at all the good times around the lunch table with the traditional Danish lunch dishes. FROST Akvavit never dominates and is perfect for the classic cold table.
Serving
The aquavit goes particularly well with all types of seafood and light meat dishes. We recommend serving FROST at 5-7 degrees. In our universe, we have also created a range of drinks and cocktails.

BLOND golden aquavit
BLOND is our take on an organic golden blonde aquavit. BLOND Akvavit is made in Nexø on Bornholm - created from organic wheat and local spring water that has been stored on mineral rock for billions of years. Together, this gives the aquavit its mild and clean taste.
Our BLOND Akvavit gives you the taste of cardamom, St. John's wort and a hint of black pepper. It has a nuanced, spicy and round taste that warms the palate. The beautiful curtains in the glass reveal an aquavit with fullness and weight that is perfect for the Danish lunch table.

Rhubarb & Star Anise Schnapps
Innovative chef Casper Sobczyk, also known as the butter chef from Solskinsøen, is the man behind this delicious sweet rhubarb and star anise schnapps. The Special Edition brings together the Danish summer countryside in a unique and sensuous taste experience, and gets its beautiful pink color from the sun-ripened rhubarb. This sweet schnapps with a hint of star anise can be drunk on its own, mixed into desserts or used as part of Casper's signature cocktail: The King of Denmark.

Entrepreneuren, Ditte Julie, er en passioneret kagenørd og iværksætter med mange talenter og kreative ideer. Ditte Julie deltog i Den Store Bagedyst i 2015 og har sidenhen gjort sin passion for kagerne til sin levevej som formidler af det søde liv, TV-kok, kagebogsforfatter og foredragsholder. Hun har udgivet 13 kogebøger og i august 2019 lancerede hun, sammen med Imerco, sin egen bage- og stelserie by Ditte Julie, som hun er designeren bag. Nu kan Ditte Julie også skrive snapsproducent på CV'et. Hun er nemlig personen bag Special Edition 2 - Æble, Vanilje & Mandel
