Schnapps for dessert

Schnapps for fruit dessert

For fruit-based desserts such as fruit salad, sorbet, rhubarb trifle and pies, it can be beneficial to choose a fruity schnapps that complements or enhances the flavor notes of the fruit. A schnapps based on pear, rhubarb or cherry can often add an extra dimension to the dish.

Special Edition 1 - Rhubarb & Star Anise, created in collaboration with Casper Sobczyk, is a sure winner for most fruit desserts. We also recommend our pear schnapps, and even though Sevablødda is not a schnapps, there's no denying that cherry dram is a beautiful partner for dessert.

Schnapps for chocolate desserts

Chocolate desserts like chocolate cake, brownies or mousse require schnapps that can live up to the rich and intense flavor of chocolate.

As with fruit desserts, Sevablødda is a great choice to match the rich flavor of chocolate. Sevablødda has notes of cinnamon, which creates an exciting contrast between the dessert and the dram.

If you want to try something spicier, Chili schnapps is also a great choice for a schnapps that can add depth and warmth and create an interesting flavor experience.

Schnapps for caramel and nut desserts

Caramel and nut desserts such as caramel ice cream, nut cakes and caramel rand require a schnapps with a deep and sweet flavor. Our No. 5 Vanilla schnapps is ideal for enhancing and complementing the sweet taste of the dessert.
