Under the GDPR, which enters into force on 25 May 2018, Bornholmspirits is obliged to inform you of your rights in connection with Bornholmspirits processing, including storing, personal data about you. We do this only briefly in connection with processing your order. We will then delete your data again.

We therefore only process your personal data in connection with processing your order with us for the purpose of delivering the bottle to you. As soon as we can see that your item has been delivered, we delete your data again. You have the right to ask Bornholmspirits for insight into the processing of your personal data, including which personal data Bornholmspirits processes and how they are processed. In addition, you have the right to request that your personal data be corrected, deleted or that the processing of your personal data be restricted. Furthermore, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and to request that it be disclosed.

If any of the personal data processed by Bornholmspirits is based on your consent, you should know that you are entitled to withdraw your consent at any time.

You have the right to complain to the Data Protection Authority if you believe that Bornholmspirits is processing personal data that is not in accordance with the relevant legislation or, if you believe that Bornholmspirits is not complying with the rights that you have, including as described above.
