Cocktail
Rum Old Fashioned
6 cl Rocky Island Rum
2 dashes chocolate bitters
1/2 tsp sugar (preferably brown or brown sugar)
1 orange peel
Iced cubes
1. Put all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir with ice until the glass is ice cold.
2. Then strain into a whiskey glass with fresh ice. Make sure the glass is cold for best results.
3. Twist the orange rind over the drink and then use it to garnish the glass.
