Gin Gin Mule
The Gin Gin Mule is a refreshing cocktail that is a variation of the classic Moscow Mule. It is made with gin, ginger beer, freshly squeezed lime juice and mint leaves.
Ingredients:
4 cl The GOAT Gin
2 cl freshly squeezed lime juice
2-3 mint leaves
Approx. 12 cl ginger beer
Ice cubes
Lime slice and mint leaf for garnish
Method:
1. Muddle a few mint leaves in the bottom of a tall glass.
2. Add the gin and freshly squeezed lime juice.
3. Gently stir together.
4. Add ice cubes.
5. Top with ginger beer.
6. Stir gently.
7. Garnish with a slice of lime and a mint leaf.
