Gin Sour
Gin Sour is a classic cocktail that has been popular for over a century. This cocktail is easy to make and consists of gin, freshly squeezed lemon juice, sugar and ice. It is a sour and refreshing drink that can be served both as an aperitif and to end a meal.
Ingredients:
4 cl. The GOAT Gin
4 cl. Lemon juice
4 cl. Sugar syrup
One egg white
1. Fill a shaker with ice.
2. Add The GOAT Gin, freshly squeezed lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white to the shaker.
3. Close the shaker and shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds until the cocktail is well mixed.
4. Pour the cocktail through a strainer into a cocktail glass.
5. Garnish with a slice of lemon zest.

Procedure:
Fill a shaker with ice.
Add The GOAT Gin, freshly squeezed lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white to the shaker.
Close the shaker and shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds until the cocktail is well mixed.
Pour the cocktail through a strainer into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with a slice of lemon peel.
