Strawberry Gin Fizz

Ingredients:
4 cl. GOAT Strawberry Gin
1.5 cl Sugar syrup
3 cl Freshly squeezed lemon juice (or bottled)
1 cl Egg white
4 cl Sparkling water
Ice cubes

Procedure:
Fill ice cubes in your shaker
Pour ingredients into shaker except sparkling water
Shake for about 15 seconds until shaker is ice cold
Strain into a glass
Top with sparkling water
