Pina Colada
A classic Piña Colada with a twist of our white rum, Rocky Island Rum 242. Rocky Island Rum 242 gives the drink a unique depth and full flavor, and the coconut notes from the rum harmonize really well with the pineapple juice. Pina Colada is easy to make, full of flavor and almost like a trip to the tropics.
Pina Colada
Ingredients
- 5 cl Rocky Island 242
- 6 cl Coconut cream
- 1.5 cl Pineapple juice
- Pineapple for decoration
- 5-6 Large ice cubes
Procedure
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until the mixture is slushy. If it is too thin, add more ice to the blender and blend again.
- Pour into your cocktail glass and garnish with pineapple.
