Purple Royal is an enchanting drink with a regal elegance, created with a carefully selected blend of premium ingredients to create an unforgettable taste experience.

With The GOAT Gin as its base, Purple Royal blends subtle gin flavor with refreshing lemon juice, a sublime lavender syrup, the richness of egg white and a decorative finish of lemon slices and mint leaves.

The GOAT Gin

Ingredients:
4 cl The GOAT gin
2 cl Lavender syrup
10 cl Lemon juice
1 pasteurized egg white
Lemon & mint
Ice cubes

Procedure:
1. Pour lemon juice into the bottom of a cocktail shaker without ice.
2. Pour GOAT gin into the shaker.
3. Add 1 pasteurized egg white.
4. Shake for 30 seconds until a fine foam layer forms.
5. Then add ice cubes and shake the shaker briefly.
6. Pour the drink into the glass and garnish with a lemon slice and mint leaves.
