Snaps Bornholm Limited Edition No. 4 - Apricot is at the heart of this remarkable cocktail. The deep and authentic apricot flavor brings a unique character to the cocktail and forms a well-composed base that provides a warm and fruity dimension.

Sunset combines our Limited Edition No. 4 - Apricot Schnapps, refreshing apricot syrup, tonic, a juicy apricot slice and a hint of aromatic rosemary.

Ingredients:

5 cl Snaps Bornholm Limited Edition No. 4 - Apricot
2 cl Apricot syrup
6 cl Tonic
Apricot
Rosemary
Ice cubes

Procedure:

1. Fill your glass with ice cubes
2. Fill the glass with schnapps
3. Add apricot syrup
4. Then pour in tonic
5. Garnish with sliced apricot and rosemary

Every year Snaps Bornholm is released with a Limited Edition of 5000 bottles on our birthday, October 14. In 2019 we continue the tradition with 'Apricot'.

Our apricot schnapps is as golden as autumn leaves and tastes sweet with a touch of acidity. 'Abrikos' is an excellent companion to chicken dinner, tapas and cheese, among other things. And as with all our snaps, our 'Abrikos' only gets better with age.
