Strawberry Gin Hass

Gin Hass is an extremely tasty and refreshing cocktail that is packed with fruity and juicy flavor notes. To add an extra dimension of sweetness to the classic Gin Hass, we have used our strawberry gin: GOAT Strawberry. With GOAT Strawberry, we combine the fresh taste of the cocktail with the sweet notes of juicy strawberries.

Ingredients:
4 cl GOAT Strawberry Gin
2 cl Strawberry syrup (if you want it sweeter).
10 cl Lemon soda.
1 lime.
Ice cubes.
1 stalk fresh mint.

Method:
Start by slicing a lime in half and cutting a few thin slices from one half.

Add GOAT Strawberry Gin, mango syrup and the juice of half a lime to a glass and stir the ingredients well.

Add ice cubes to the glass and top up with lemon soda water.

Garnish with slices of lime and a sprig of mint leaves if desired.
