Ingredients

  • 4 cl Rocky Island 242
  • 1 cl Sugar syrup
  • 2 cl lime juice
  • 6 cl Danish water
  • Mint Leaves & Lime
  • Ice cubes

Procedure

  • Put mint, lime wedges and sugar syrup in a glass.
  • Use a muddler to mash the mint and lemon, but be careful not to tear the leaves as this can give an unpleasant mouthfeel when the drink is served.
  • Pour rum and ice cubes into the glass and stir the ingredients together.
  • Top with sparkling water.
