Innovative chef Casper Sobczyk, also known as the Butter Chef from Solskinsøen, is the man behind Special Edition 1 - Rhubarb and Star Anise. Special Edition 1 brings together the Danish summer countryside in a unique and sensuous taste experience, and gets its beautiful pink color from the sun-ripened rhubarb. Special Edition 1 can be drunk as it is. The sweet schnapps can also be mixed into desserts or used as part of Casper's signature cocktail: The King of Denmark.
